    Welcome to Cazba Restaurant. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and the services we offer, including dine-in, takeaway (pickup), food delivery, and on-site catering Services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  2. About Us

  3. Ordering Services
    3.1. Pickup (Takeaway): Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person at any of our ten branches. You will receive an estimated preparation time. It is your responsibility to collect your order within a reasonable time after being notified that it is ready.
    3.2. Delivery: We offer delivery within specific zones around each of our branches. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. A minimum order value may apply for delivery. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
    3.3. On-Site Catering: Catering services require a separate agreement or event contract. Quotes are provided based on event details and are subject to availability. A deposit is typically required to secure the date.
  4. Pricing and Payment
    All prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Menu prices on our website are deemed correct but errors may occur. We are not obliged to fulfill an order at an incorrect price. Payment for pickup and dine-in is due upon order. For delivery, payment is due upon delivery (cash or card) or online at the time of ordering. Catering services require payment terms as outlined in the specific catering contract.
  5. Cancellations and Refunds
    5.1. Pickup/Delivery Orders: Cancellations must be made promptly after placing the order. We may not be able to cancel orders that are already in preparation. Refunds are issued at the management’s discretion.
    5.2. Catering Services: Cancellation policies for catering will be specified in your event contract. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice period given.

    The “Cazba” name, logos, menu designs, and all content on this website are the intellectual property of Cazba Restaurant and may not be used without prior written permission.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    Cazba Restaurant strives to provide accurate information and high-quality service. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including any errors in order fulfillment, delivery delays, or food quality issues beyond a refund for the specific item.
  8. User Conduct
    You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. You may not use our Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
  9. Allergens and Dietary Information
    While we take care to prepare dishes as described, our kitchens handle allergens. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or specific dietary requirements at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
  10. Force Majeure
    Cazba Restaurant shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, supplier failures, or utility outages.
